I use Optimal to print my greeting cards for my business, and I order a batch of 10 each time. There has been a couple of occasions where the print looks a little smudged, but those became testers or ones I had sent friends/family.

This is literally the worst printing I have encountered anywhere. Horrendous, dark, over-inked, random glitches, streaking, faded areas. Appalling on every level. These people clearly exercise zero quality control and the customer care is lacking in the extreme. Avoid at all costs.
