Webb17 nov. 2024 · You may read general advice that says all GPUs should be under a specific temperature or denote a normal GPU temp for gaming, but this is based on intuitive feelings in most cases. A temperature like 80C is hot for a human, but GPUs aren’t people so that doesn’t apply here.

When I either plug in or unplug the AC adapter, the temperature of the CPU immediately rises to 85C (though the CPU remains idle), the fans start running really hard and the computer can't shut down normally (it only responds to holding the power button for five seconds).
